Returns

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

• Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
• Returned in its original packaging.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to customized products, gift cards, and final sale items.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5 to 7 business days from the time of approval for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by us.

Exchanges

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the returned item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Shipping fees for the original purchase will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours before processing for shipment. Once an order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled.
